Doing business in China with a Chinese visa

Since April 15th there have been several changes to the China visa application process. The most important is that given for obtaining your China business visa.

What is now required are the same standard china visa application forms which can be found on our Chinese visa application page on: http://www.rapid-visas.co.uk/china_businessvisa.htm

The continue your application, you also need to provide details of your flight booking along with a hotel confirmation booking to show that you have accommodation arranged. Finally for your Chinese visa you will also require a government authorisation form.

This part of the Chinese visa application process is the tricky part. You must instruct the company you are visiting in China to issue you one of these by them contacting their local Chinese government office asking for authorisation. This may take some days.

Our advice as a China visa specialist is that if you are unable to obtain one of these, then you should apply on a tourist visa where this is not necessary. It is expected that the requirements to obtain your Chinese visa will become more relaxed once the Olympics games in Beijing have passed.
